The Bellingham Blazers finish out their
2015-2016 NPHL season with a three-game sweep at the hands of their
league rivals the Wentachee Wolves Friday, April 1, at the
Sportsplex. Bellingham ground out a 30-9 regular season record
heading into the playoffs where they faced the Eugene Generals in the
opening round. After a tough five-game series battle with Eugene,
Bellingham would once again face their nemesis. Wenatchee had not
lost to Bellingham the entire regular season and did not falter once
during the championship bracket, sweeping both Tri-Cities and
Bellingham along the way to their first Cascade Cup. Final score:
